I spoke with who would become my direct supervisor for about an hour. I would say the formal interview took thirty minutes and then we just talked. I spoke to her about past experience and nursing philosophy. I also assured her I was well acquainted with community mental health.

She asked why I wanted to leave the hospital setting (NICU), and switch to outpatient mental health?
