The interview process began with an initial resume review, followed by a phone interview with the CEO. Unfortunately, this call felt unprofessional, as the CEO was distracted with other tasks and did not seem fully engaged in the conversation.
Next was a panel interview with team members, but no effort was made to accommodate availability. Most of the questions centered on current company challenges and how I would solve them. These were presented as "brain teasers," but in reality, they required significant preparation and prior knowledge of internal operations—information that was not readily provided.
Additionally, communication throughout the process was lacking. I frequently had to follow up for information and clarity, making the experience feel disorganized and inefficient.
Overall, the lack of structure and professionalism made for a frustrating experience.
