The Functional Interview was conducted in two rounds and followed up with salary negotiation and offer roll out. The process lasted 5 days and the Recruitment Manager was in touch continuously and ensured a smooth and fluid experience. The Interview was a Competency Based Interview and was quite grilling and thorough.
