Interview
I was first called for a position in the paint and decor departments but I felt it would not be a good fit. So I mentioned at that interview that designing cabinets would be my area of expertise. A few weeks went by and I was contacted once again by human resources to set up an interview. From there I had a total of THREE more interviews by various store DS's and ASM's. They very much hire not only by current knowledge pertaining to the homebuilding industry, but also to personal attributes and qualities.

Question 1
I don't tend to do a lot of volunteer work, and live a pretty quiet life on a personnal level, which I think is a little hard for people to understand because I actually have quite a large, positive, outgoing sense of my "proffessional" self. It is all good though.
