Applied online as well as directly emailing area managers. Interview was held over facetime with an area manager, must wear eyeliner and red lipstick. Super friendly and relaxed. Interview only lasted about 10-15 minutes max. Contacted about an offer about a week or two later.

Group interview with many girls in a food court, basic questions trying to figure out personality types. Also question's about what kind of car honey birdette would be to try to figure out how well you can sell ideas

Interview
Interview process was terrible. The emails were sent for a Thursday at 11pm on the Wednesday before so I had to reschedule (like all the other girls) since I wasn't given enough preparation; didn't read the email til 9, and the interview was at 10:30.
On the day of the interview, there were more than 50 of us girls, who were told to wait outside in the light rainfall while they took 7 girls at a time to 'interview'. The process involved standing in the entrance to the shopping centre while the manager asked your contact number and took a picture of your face on her IPhone.
