The set up was very nice and easy. They invite you for an interview/Induction to join which is about a hour long once the relevant documents have been sent to them.

Didn’t get to the interview process. Was booked in for zoom, asked to upload passport & driving license etc. On day of interview they cancelled. Quite concerned they have my details with no explanation as to why they cancelled. No number to contact them on. I emailed and have heard nothing.

When I went to the interview that I had to watch a video to see how Housekeep works. When it finished that I had to bring them my documents and they asked for zones where I will like to work.
