I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Hubbard One (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2018
Interview
Thorough, including questions on how you operate and work. Several rounds of interview and friendly. Some questions on programming, design and architecture. Questions on how one operated independently and in a team mode
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hubbard One (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2012
Interview
Original phone screen with peer went extremely well. Terrific guy to talk to. Was then brought in to see 4 people. First two went well, and both guys were very honest about the company and the job challenges. One even said that two people in the same role quit within 2 weeks of starting because there was so much to learn, the workload was very intense, and they had virtually no on-boarding process. The hiring manager then came in and it was quite apparent that I wasn't her "candidate". She made no eye contact, wasn't engaging or interested in the interview, and rolled her eyes twice (while staring blankly at my resume) as I was responding to questions. Never experienced that before! Anyway, my final interview was mysteriously cancelled, and I was told the next day they weren't interested. All for the best!

Question 1
None of the questions were difficult or caught me off guard. Very standard.
