Phone interview was relaxed. I was told I was going to have to sell something in my panel interview but I didnt have to. I would be prepared just in case. I didn't find any unusual questions in the interview process. The questions sounded like this.. Name a time when.. (you had to overcome a struggle) remember a time when... I heard back within 1 week of interview, I heard others waited months.

I had to fill out an application online. Then they scheduled me to talk to a phone interview with a machine. The machine made a lot a questions and very fast. Then I received another email saying that I need to schedule a personal interview. I did it. I went. It was another applicant (without License). I was interviewed for two inexperienced agent and made me 10 questions each one. I was not selected. I contacted them to ask the reasons because I met all the requirements and the answer was that they look somebody to better fit to the company.
