I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Humana (Irving, TX) in Dec 2011
Interview
It was very disconnected - the manager/team interviewing me was not in synch with the HR people, so there were many miscommunications and bumps in the process. Basically, a resume is submitted (I used careerbuilder), and a manager calls you - unbeknownst to HR .... very disconnected.

Question 1
There were no real questions! It was basically getting to know you to see if they like you. That probably should have been a big warning sign.
Human Resources pre-screening and Manager interview. Both were the same week and easy. Humana uses the STAR Method for their interviews but at the same time very friendly and basic questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a challenging situation with a stakeholder and how did you managed it.
Quick interview process. 3 rounds pretty standard questions second round was with stakeholders that I would be working with. I think it varies team to team depending on manager though

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you experienced friction in a decision and how did you handle it.
It was a recruiter interview followed by an interview with the hiring manager. It was a virtual interview and I ended up getting the job. It was a pretty good job. Great boss.
