Applied and a recruiter reached out a week later, then scheduled me with the director a few days later, and then was asked to come for an in-person interview. Nothing difficult, but I felt like the director was looking for a "unicorn" candidate. Given a tour around and introduced to people in the office. Then was told, I would hear back early next week. Took 3 weeks to get an automated rejection. Felt introducing me to others was unnecessary and inefficient
We scheduled a phone interview, and the interviewer did not call at the scheduled time with no communication regarding the delay. Instead I had to reach out and almost half an hour later received a call. We rescheduled, but once again, the interviewer did not call at the scheduled time and failed to reach out regarding any delay or cancellation. I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt, but I felt that they didn't respect my time and that it was a bad representation of the company. I decided to not pursue the position further and will not be applying to future roles at Huntington Health.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Huntington Health (Pasadena, CA) in Jul 2025
Interview
I received a brief 2–3 minute phone call from the manager. During the call, we discussed the position briefly. I was then invited to the office for a face-to-face interview. At the interview, I met with the manager in person for interview then they also introduced me to the team members during my visit.
