Hyundai Motor Interview Questions

Had initial conversation for 30 mins with Talent Manager - then a week or so later had a Teams interview with the Head of Department. A week or so later they sent me Psychometric tests to do and then asked me to prepare a presentation answering a series of questions where i would need to attend an interview at their HQ in Surrey. No offer of costs or travel paid. I didn't get the role but asked if they would consider reimbursing me for travel costs and completely ghosted.

The interview process was too short, the interviewer did not really ask a lot of questions and did not specify the tasks that you will be doing on a daily basis.

O processo foi rapido e levou 2 semanas. Foram feitas duas entrevistas: uma com o Rh e outra com o gestor. Muito cordeais, porém na hora da entrevista com o gestor, percebi que as tarefas requisitadas do cargo eram muito maiores e diferentes do escopo da vaga e na hora vi que eu não era apta para a função. Porquê não verificaram isso antes de me chamar para a entrevista? Enfim, 1 hora depois do término da entrevista recebi a negativa por linkedin. E algumas semanas depois me enviaram um whatsapp informando que não passei no processo.

There were 3 rounds 1) aptitude round 2) group discussion 3) technical and HR interview The aptitude was bit difficult but once clearing aptitude the remaining rounds was a piece of cake . But not much satisfied with the job role that they offer and the salary they provided . So I declined it.

I had to take the online test which evaluating my logical thinking and job matching. Then I got 2 problems that I have to think about for an hour, and after that, I have to present it in front of two interviewer.

The interviews were conducted online consisting of two rounds and was a mix of hard and soft questions It will be a plus if you have a holistic understanding of the industry and market trends

I applied for a position that was listed as Michigan and after speaking to the recruiter it turned out it was for a completely different location. Recruiter said he would contact me the moment he heard from the hiring manager on location but I was ghosted.
