I applied for the role and they responded fairly quickly, offering an initial interview.
I then had 3 interviews including a technical test over about a month.
The third interview was another technical one, in person in their offices and covering a lot of the same ground as the second, followed by a hypothetical problem with their existing systems and my response to it. While I understand the necessity of technical tests - it seems a bit unrealistic to expect 100% out of someone on the spot in an interview like this and not having context or experience with their existing tech stack.
I received no feedback or update following the third interview. I followed up a month later asking for confirmation that the role had been filled and received no response to this either.
This was a bit disappointing as the guys I was talking to seemed pretty down to earth and friendly and emphasized how they care about employees etc, but even a boilerplate rejection email would have been better than just ghosting after 3 interviews.
