There were two phone interviews: 1) Interview with an Extreme Blue Alumnus that lasted 30 minutes. Questions were regarding why I want to work for IBM, Extreme Blue and general technology interests. 2) Interview with the owner of the business project. Scheduled for 1 hour and lasted for nearly 2 hours. Spoke in details about the project details, work experience in that area.
