It was just a phone interview for marketing role. Never an in person interview, 2-3 rounds of phone interviews. Never had to write an essay or submit any work. All the typical basic questions.

had a phone call with the recruiter. not a good fit and decided it was not a good fit for me. The recruiter also agreed that it is not a good fit for me. They plan on making changes and might have a new position available that will be a better fit.
