Phone screening with recruiter...took one week to set up a phone call with HR.phone call lasted around 40 mins and later skype call with the lead business analyst a few days later

I applied online and the process took two weeks. I got a phone interview and then I got an email stating more qualified people applied for the position and I was denied. The good point is that I heard back from them quickly. Some companies never reply to you applications.
