I was hired as contractor through an agency so the interview process wasn't that tedious. I had one phone interview and then an in-person interview. The process was smooth and took about two weeks. I was then contacted by the agency to get my drug test done and also authorize them to do a background check.

Question and Answer with the hiring manager. We sat in a conference room, and I was asked about my technical background as in terms of education, prior work experience, issues I faced at previous job and how I handled those issues.
