Interview
A phone screen and an onsite panel interview. I had to dress up in a jacket and tie, the panel wore jeans and T-shirts which seemed odd. It was basically all their developers and managers sitting around a table (maybe 8) firing questions at me. There was one whiteboard coding quiz - identify all the elements in an array that appear multiple times and how many times they appear.

How do you debug software that you've never seen before and know nothing about?
Panel interview. Common linux OS questions. Programming C and C++ fundamentals. Multiple teams interviewed in the same round. HR got back to me within a week with an offer. Started within 3 weeks of offer.

2-3 interviews long 40 min plus. Depending on what countries you are going to work in.(US, Canada, Europe)
Most of HR do not know what are the qualifications required for the job so it makes the interview really hard.
