Of course after you do the application you receive an assessment that you have to complete. A few days later you get a call for a phone interview. If you pass that they invited you in for a face to face interview. (This was before Covid not sure if it has changed). At the face to face interview you answer questions about situations that you have encountered in the past and how you handled them. The last and best part to me was they put you in an office with a phone and call you as if they are a customer and you have to take that call as if it is real. You don’t actually input any information in a computer you just have to respond appropriately to the caller who may be angry, happy, or sad.
