I applied online via the website. I was contacted via email within 24 hours for a Skype interview. the Skype interview lasted about 30 minutes, then i was required to submit a lesson plan.

Interview
A skype call basically asking if and when I could start... Not hard. The guy who interviewed me left after only 2 months anyway. Should've set the alarm bells ringing from the start.
