I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ING (Amsterdam) in May 2011
Interview
it was a very brief interview where the manager was direct open honest and made his basic expectations and the needs of the department very clear which was overlapping with my education and experience. this already gave me a good sense of the company culture which later proved to be as such. this has also a lot to do with the manager specifically but also the company culture of course
