At the time, interviews was several rounds and we had to meet and speak with everyone. We even had to speak with people overseas. Initial round included a standard iq test.

APTI AND TECH PAPER(CAMPUS) includes all type of questions like logical reasoning, general maths questions, verbal reasoning, unix/linux questions/ operating system questions etc. ION DAY Team and mentors will be assigned from all selected candidates but you will be judged according to your leadership and team working skills and some candidates are selected from each group FIRST ROUND(Group Activity) will about ur team work and leadership skills....And real life problems like debugging software. SECOND ROUND will interview with your team mentors where again your communication skills THIRD ROUND AND FINAL ROUND will interview with country Head.
