Interview
An online video interview will first be conducted, basically you will enter their portal and video yourself responding to a few questions. Afterwhich,
you will undergo a few psychological tests also conducted online. The final round would be an in-person interview conducted by a panel of 3 people.

Question 1
The first question was to introduce myself with things that are not present in the CV. Other questions followed up from there but one thing that I was surprised was the lack of question on leadership abilities given that the role was to lead a team of officers.

The 3-to-1 panel interview went better than I expected. It was quite a chill and comfortable session, and the interviewers were very friendly, which helped me feel more at ease throughout the conversation.
