I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ImmuneID in Dec 2021
Interview
The process was good as there was clear communication between HR. I was able to get links to zoom meeting days before the interview, allowing me to prepare properly. Most of the interviews were 1:1 which was great to gain insight of the individuals personalities and what might I expect when working with them.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? What is your biggest weakness? What are you hoping to achieve by working here? What does your role look like in 5 years?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ImmuneID (Waltham, MA) in Jun 2022
Interview
Interview process was overall good. Communication was clear, concise, and friendly. Everyone was warm and enthusiastic when it came to asking if they enjoyed working there. HR representative especially was a very welcoming face and wonderful introduction to the company.
Multiple individual zoom meetings and a zoom seminar. They were willing to split meetings over multiple days because that worked better for me. The only downside is not being able to see the lab space during the interview process.
