The interview was very brief and casual. I was hired after one interview that only lasted about 20 minutes. But I knew current employees there so that was helpful. The job is much easier to get if you know a current employee, in fact it's much harder to get hired if you don't know anyone, especially without former experience.

Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
