I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Escondido, CA) in Sept 2011
Interview
I had an interview with the manager. He asked me a few questions about what my goals in life were, what I had accomplished, what my strengths and what my weaknesses were, why I would be a good fit, and what my food industry experience was. He then got back to me about a week later and offered me the position. I accepted it a few days later.
