I was recommended by a distant relation. I had an interview in June or July and it went well but I was told the store had the maximum staff. I kept showing up and eating lunch there so that they could see my face and I could kind of just check in. A couple times, the manager that interviewed me would recognize me and ask if anyone had called. Probably a month later, I was in line waiting to order and she came up to me and asked if I wanted to have an interview with the store manager. I was in torn jeans and boat shoes, but I couldn't say no. That interview also went well but the store manager told me she had just hired some people two weeks before. She told me to check back in the following week. I did and never received a call back. I gave up on INO and started looking elsewhere. In August I got hired at a pizza chain. About two months later, I got a call from the original manager and she told me I was hired! I couldn't believe it. I had completely given up hope. I of course quit my pizza job and I've now been at INO for a couple months. I absolutely love it. Amazing company and amazing food.
