I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at InXile Entertainment in Jun 2023
Interview
I interviewed for a production role a few years ago and only now feel confident and comfortable bringing this up. The process started out fairly standard. During the interview, a senior production leader brought up the Riot Games harassment lawsuit. He asked me directly about it since I had previously worked at Riot. I was surprised and uncomfortable as this line of questioning felt inappropriate and unrelated to my qualifications or work.
I answered professionally but the tone of the conversation shifted after that. I was ultimately rejected without clear feedback. It left me with a negative impression of how sensitive topics were handled and how candidates were treated.
Since then, I’ve noticed that the same leadership appears to still be in place. I hope the company has reflected on what professional and respectful interviewing looks like because candidates deserve better.

Interview
I applied through their website and went through a phone interview. It took about an hour, covering some topics on my background and resume. Afterwards I was told that they may take a while to respond and to just send an email if I don't hear back. Never heard back from them, even after following up.
