Interview was 3 step process , 1st all we be called for GD in a group of 10 , and one has to discuss and speak on topics, after that interview with the respective managers, later on 3rd round with Hr ..

First round is Group Discussion (GD) , Those who selected has to undergo Second Round that is HR Interview.. But usually interviews are crouded upto 1500 to 2500 candidates, So it is very annoying ... Be on time

The process was framed out perfectly . Walk-in day - Interview with the regional HR manager. Simple questions, interview take in group of 8-10. Be confident. They mainly look for confidence and language. Prepare for self introduction.

It was a walkin but never seemed like one. First come first serve was not in the picture, they selectively choose only experienced candidates but advertisments never said experience criteria.
