It was intense but happened fairly quickly. It took a lot of hours, but in a relatively short period of time, which can be difficult if you are working full-time. I do think that meeting all of the team members is really important, so I actually appreciate that the process was thorough. Indiegogo is so team-oriented that cultural fit is essential, so it's great to get to know the team.
