The interview process was very enjoyable. The branch leads were very friendly and happy to answer any of my questions. They also care more about your experience and ability to show that rather than being able to answer leetcode style questions. Their offer was not very competitive compared to what others are making in similar positions within Dayton. They also require a hybrid work environment for staff, but the managers I spoke with do not work within the state. It was a very "rules for thee, but not for me" situation, which does not sit right with me. The negotiations are done with their CEO and they he was not willing to compromise on things such as the hybrid work environment and the costs associated with traveling to the office while other contracting companies in town are allowing for full time remote. They also only offer a base of 10 days of PTO a year. I think this would be a great company for somebody who likes being in the office and socializing with others, so probably not a software developer.
