Pre screening call by Teams the recruiter didn’t open her camera so we both turned off it. Really brief conversation seems they asked too many people same conversation . .

Spoke with an internal recruiter on the phone for about 15 minutes. She said she would follow up with me in about a week and she never did despite me reaching out via email. Even if candidates aren't a good a follow up email should be standard practice.
