Interview
Had a phone interview with the Recruiting Manager and never heard back regarding their decision for next steps, status of my application, etc. I followed up with Inovalon after not receiving a response 3-4 weeks from phone interview and no one replied. If this is how they treat candidates they've engaged with, how do they treat their employees?

Interview
Met with three people after the initial screening, all via Zoom. Was told it was between me and 1-2 other people. Had a great experience through the process until the very end. They spent a lot of time with me, asked for feedback in a Zoom, went over benefits with me, and then sent a generic email telling me I was not chosen for the role. They literally gave up on the candidate experience in the final inning. Because of how it was handled at the end (and the fact that I had sent a direct email to the hiring manager about the status of the position about a week after the final debrief that they could have replied to), I know they REALLY need to improve on how they close out candidates, especially those they have spent a lot of time with.
