Process consisted of an initial phone screen with the director of manufacturing in which we discussed why I was interested in the position as well as the physical requirements for the job. Then a phone call with two engineers to answer a series of behavioral interview questions. Last stage was in-person, and consisted of 3 1-hour interviews, each with a different pair of engineers. Each pair asked from a list of behavioral or technical questions to gauge my background in process design, safety, quality, and work culture preferences.
