I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
They just find as many candidates and shove whoever to get the contract for money. They just want to fill the req and that is all they care about. If you do fit, they will negotiate more money from the client and pay you less. The best thing is to find out the company and req number and go to another recruiter. Mangers onsight were pulling contractors out of InsightGlobal and putting them with other agencies that would pay the contractor more, save the client money and often the contractor would get PTO and a raise with the new contracting service. That says something about how terrible InSIghtGlobal is. They want that six months and they don't care. By month four, they know if you will be extended or not but will not tell you because they have another candidate to take your place or if it is going to be closed, they will not pro-actively find another position if they client is happy with that contractor. And if you need support for InSight to protect you, like not getting paid OT, they leave you high and dry. Save yourself some grief and go elsewhere.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Insight Global in Sept 2025
Interview
Avoid and ignore any solicitations from this firm. I was contacted by 3 recruiters over the span of 6 months for the same job. After expressing interest, sharing a resume and availability they simply ghosted me. Very unprofessional. When I am in a position to hire, I will never work with this organization. Recruiting is about relationships and they have no clue.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked if I was interested. Yes! Then nothing.
Very speedy, and streamlined. Often pressed for time and things move really fast. You need to ask recruiter many followup questions in order to know what they are looking for.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Insight Global (Newark, NJ) in Feb 2024
Interview
Interview was quick and was with multiple companies as they are a placement firm. I did a teams interview with the agent. After that my resume was sent to multiple companies for review. I then did multiple teams interviews with potential clients
