I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at IntegraFEC (Austin, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied through our school's career center, they called me two days after and scheduled an on-site interview, they told me it was the first round 30 min behavior interview, but they actually gave me a combined 30 min behavior and 30 min technical interview. They asked lots of my data analysis, modeling and regression experience, and some tricky question like how do you evaluate lying or not lying, will you stop someone lying if you see that, etc. They asked lots of detail questions about my past experience, and the whole interview actually lasted for 1 hour and 20 min, the second person asked me lots of technical questions like how would you find a potential fraud by using analytical skills, specifically which regression and method. Overall, the interview is difficult.
If you finished a project and you are very satisfied with the result, but your client doesn't like it, you talk to your boss and your boss ask you to change the result, will you do that?
