Good process with multiple interviews. A friendly, people-oriented culture was encountered during the interview process. RFID growth potential was intriguing, as was the innovation pipeline for mobile computing devices. Multiple offices and global nature of the business was clear from the interview process.

Interview was about CV analysis (experiences/ education). Had no language skills verification. Received a salary offer and was asked if okay given high education degree (University Master). Was asked immediate availability.

Had an initial discussion with the HR person. Then had a group interview with the managers and then with the factory team. It was a low stress experience. After about a week I got a call from the HR manager and offered the job.
