They call you in, ask you to read a script. Apparently they've hired someone who was illiterate before, so from then on they want to verify everyone can read, plus get an idea of what they can sound like on the phone.

Interview
They call to set up the in-office interview. I went in and they had me read a section of their script. It's odd, felt like they have a problem finding people who are literate to work this position. Later after accepting the position, I found out that half the people working there lived in a halfway-house.
