Interview
Really a 2 round process. Each round was just at a different location. First interview was in Franklin, Indiana. This was a very informal conversation and tour with the HR Director. The second round was just outside of Cincinnati. This was more of a panel interview, me and 4 current employees. Questions were mostly situational based.
