A 2nd level manager called me pretty fast after I submitted my resume. The interviewers are junior and senior engineers and 2 or 3 1st level managers. Their 1st level managers are not as impressive as other Silicon Valley tech companies. There's a manager was pretty poor in English and general communication skills. I was pretty sure most of the interviewers didn't read my resume beforehand and nor did they know what position I was interviewed for.
