Interviewer was pleasant, asked several questions related to the position, explained position responsibilities, discussed pay, and hired me on the spot. Just stay calm, answer the questions to the best of your ability, and you'll do fine.

How could you benefit this company as an employee?
Very laid back and customer service focused. Asked a lot of behavioral questions and had many scenarios of possible situations that would happen with customers who are upset or request to speak to manager
Questions about prior experience and leadership positions. Explained using STAR method to answer experiential questions. Drilled on resume specific experiences and skillset. Polite and quick process but be thorough with explanations.

Interview process was very easy went in answer the few general questions use charm asked a few questions regarding schedules and was offered the position right on the spot .
