I applied online. 2 days ago, I received an invitation to complete a one-way video interview. I have been doubting for 2 days until today, whether to do the interview or not. I have decided to try it today. I got 10 questions to answer, I provided all the answers. I still doubt that the company will accept these answers because I am not a YouTuber. Secondly, I am an introvert with social anxiety, so I feel uncomfortable talking over the camera. Moreover, there is no guarantee that my personal information, including my recorded face, is protected and doesn't violate the privacy.

Very straightforward, effective style of interviewing using video recorded interview software as well as lots of time to complete an online assessment. Very reasonable difficulty and time given to do so.
