Had to work with their corporate recruiters in North Carolina, and had to do a lot of online modules such as competency and personality tests. After my first interview, they had me come in and shadow the person I was hired to replace, and had me take some excel test on their computers

Literally they just had a list of generic interview questions (like what is your biggest weakness, give an example of when you went above and beyond, etc) followed with some position specific questions
