I interviewed at the former Laminar office in Santa Rosa after they had recently been acquired by J&J. I first had a virtual teams meeting with the hiring manager asking about my general work experience and interest. I then went in for a 1-1.5 hr in person interview where I got a tour of the facility. I was interviewed by a panel of other engineers and technicians on the team. There were a few common behavioral questions and mostly questions about the bullet points/projects listed on my resume. Overall was a pleasant experience with the hiring manager and team being professional and friendly. I had a follow up interview planned but I decided to go with another opportunity.
