Through the shine website everything was very transparent and straight forward. Very professional during the business interviews with an interview itinerary. The job descriptions are very accurate for what the team is looking for that role.

Questions are situationally focused and expect you to use the STAR method for responding. They asked questions that were focused around their various leadership value and principles such as collaboration, integrity, business decision make, etc.

Tell me about a time that you took a risk and it paid off.
The interview process was very thorough and included both group and one on one discussions. The interviewers were very personable and easy to chat with. Topics included relevant work history. experience, goals, and approach to role interviewing for.
You receive the date of the interview with some additional information about the company.
The interview process depends on the level of work or the department (can be one or two rounds, very rarely three).
You usually need to wait longer time for the interview outcome.
