Jones Day Systems Developer interview questions

Took several months to complete. Worked with an outside recruiter first who submitted me. HR Phone Screen. First interview, met hiring manager, basic culture fit questions, concerned with whether or not I would stay for more than a 1 year. Second interview, met hiring manager again more technical questions. Met separately with two developers who gave me various scenario based questions. One part included diagramming a relational database schema they described.
