Interview
The interview was really easygoing. They ask you many questions that relates to how passionate you are about education. They also give you a few scenario questions relating to classroom and behavior management.

What would you do if two kids started fighting? Why do you want to work for us? Do you agree with our mission?
There were many questions about how to handle particular situations with students. You work in teams so collaboration and teamwork is key! I used my background in psychology to answer many of these questions.

Interview
It was a typical interview, that was not too difficult but also not too easy. You are asked why you are interested in the program and what you can bring to it, as well as your greater interest in decreasing the childhood education gap. Then you are given some classroom scenarios which you are asked how you would tackle.
