Interview
The interview was a copy and paste template where the interviewer was clearly reading her repeated script, leaving me feeling unremarkable and just another of a long line of interviewees. Nothing about the interview felt organic or sincere. Lots of focus on virtuous initiatives more than anything else. When it comes to the role, I was surprised to hear the salary compared to the workload. It was jarring and disenchanting. The whole call took too long, especially for one as generic is it was.

Question 1
The first question was about pronouns. The next question was about my background followed by my interest in the role. I was then asked how I heard about Justworks. From there, the interviewer discussed more about the role which was very jarring to hear the salary, which turned out to be hourly. The interviewer wasn't sure how much OT would be approved. On top of that, the pay rate was jarring when compared to the 75 clients expected to be managed. Of course, a number of employees in different roles would assist. The last question was about DEI and how I felt about the importance of it.
The process was completed in four Rounds:
Round 1: Interview with recruiter
2: Take home assignment
3: 1 hr interview with 2 seperate Managers
4: 1 hr interview with 2 seperate Managers

Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter, take home assignment, interviews with two different Senior CSMs. Process took two weeks over phone and Zoom. Most templates communication with recruiter with several emails signed off with the wrong name. Very clear the recruiter is not paying attention while on the job.

Round 2: Brief scenarios provided for a writing test. Have 24 hours to respond.
Round 3: Meeting with Hiring Manager(s) on the team
Round 4: Meeting with additional team members
Interviews went well. I didn't get an offer in the end.
