I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (London, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
The telephone interview lasted around 45min. Prior to the interview I got an email entailing the five capabilities to be asked about in the interview: career motivation, deliver quality, make an impact, business acumen, and resilience. I was asked to give an example for quality delivery, business acumen and resilience. Regarding career motivation questions were asked about my knowledge of the company, my career plan, my expectations of the position etc. There were also situational questions where I was given a scenario and asked what my actions would be. During the interview the questions were very formatted and the lady on the phone could not provide her opinions and was only typing down what I said and constantly rushing me. It was a very rigid process. Didn't pass but received informative feedback afterwards.

Interview
I initially applied via an online application form, after which, I was quickly invited to take several online tests. I was quickly contacted again after the tests to arrange a thirty minute telephone interview. I then took part in a half-day assessment centre before being asked back for a final, one hour interview.
