I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at KPMG (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2011
Interview
I met with their recruiters on campus, and received an invitation to an on-campus interview and a pre-interview social the night before. The on-campus interview was mostly just a conversation and discussion of my resume. After that, I received an invite to an office visit (the "Inside Look"). The office visit consisted of a dinner/meet and greet, then multiple interviews the next day with various managers and partners. The interviews were largely just conversations more than anything.

Interview
Back to Back interviews with tax partner and senior manager. Really conversational and extremely nice interviewers. Don't let your nerves consume you like I did, it's just a conversation. Be concise rather than rambling on. All behaviroul questions, how you work in a team and manage your time. I got rejected through the portal, i thought I would've gotten the offer but its fine.
Really good and gave a really good insight into what the experience would entail. Interviewer was really nice. Some of the questions they asked was general CV chat, why KPMG and why Tax
