The recruiter was excellent and helpful.

I didn’t think the job spec reflected the interview particularly well and that could be improved.
The whole process was quick & organised very efficiently.

Questions re: business development and technical experience.
Initially interviewed by HR with standard questions. Two further rounds by team members, some technical elements but mostly getting to know you and them explaining what life is like in Cayman.
Really smooth process with HR and business leaders, HR was really quick. The offer letter was slow but because of public holidays, so it is acceptable. HR business partner was super nice.
